Dell E228WFP Entry Wide Screen LCD Monitor
Dell Malaysia has added a new model of LCD monitor, the Dell E228WFP 22-inch wide screen LCD monitor. This is the first time Dell selling a 22-inch LCD monitor in Malaysia (also available in Australia).
Similar to Dell E207WFP 20-inch LCD monitor, Dell E228WFP is a entry level widescreen monitor, which priced at RM1,699 (~USD478.50) only. Although having same resolution (1680×1050), Dell E228WFP has 19% more viewing area than Dell E207WFP.
On the other hand, Dell Malaysia cut down the price of Dell E207WFP to RM1,009 only.
My two cents
Although Dell E228WFP is big enough to view two A4 size windows simultaneously, it has the same resolution as a 20-inch LCD monitor. Also, remember that Dell E228WFP’s stand is a non-adjustable. It is a very important feature for me. So, I still keep my eyes on the Dell 2407WFP 24-inch LCD monitor and pray for price cut. :)
