15 iPhone Apps You Should Have On Home Screen
This is my latest home screen screenshot. Inspired by the TheNextWeb article: “There’s No Place Like Home Screen: Exploring the Philosophy of App Placement“, I decided to rearrange my iPhone’s home screen to a less clutter version (instead of cover full screen with apps).
The first row is “Getting Things Done” (GTD) apps. The second row is camera, personal finance app, and two bird games. In the dock, I have Calendar, Call & SMS folder, Social folder and Safari.

Here are the 15 iPhone apps (iTunes links and pricing in USD) on my iPhone home screen, which I highly recommend to every iPhone owner:

- Piggie (Free) — simple and easy personal financial tool to keep track of daily income/expenses.
- Angry Birds ($0.99) — famous mobile game that make everyone angry.
- Tiny Wings ($0.99) — cute game. little bird that fly up & down and forward, just like our life…
- Phone (Free) — Don’t forget that iPhone is a phone!
- Message (Free) — SMS/MMS to your friends who are not using smartphone.
- WhatsApp Messenger ($0.99) — send FREE messages to your friends using data connection.
- Hootsuite (Free) — one of the best social management tool available. This is the mobile version.
