MyMix – Malaysia Music Download Kiosk Provider

The Star Online reported that MyMix – a music-download kiosk provider – wants to “convert” operators of illegal download outlets in the country by giving them the tools to go legit.

Well, thumb up for the company’s vision to clean up illegal music download outlet operators. :)

However, I think MyMix shoulld brush up their website before announcing their business proposals.

Sorry, but the website looks like a college student’s project. Flash animated banner, lack of description text, no FAQ or Help file, etc. It did not convince me to believe that it is a LEGAL music download site. :(

My two cents

I am glad to see the availability of legal music download site in Malaysia. But they really need to redesign the website. Hopefully this is a draft version.

By the way, there is a rule on MyMix music download:

Minimum of 4 tracks and the total time play time should not exceed 60 minutes.
Adding more than 6 tracks from the same album are restricted.

Minimum 4 tracks but maximum 6 tracks?! Come on! This is unreasonable!
