Dell PC Fair Promotion: LCD Monitor

As you might know, I am fan of Dell LCD monitors. I am still tracking the price changes after I bought the 24″ LCD monitor. Here are the price changes for Dell LCD monitors from 22″ to 24″ (do not get any monitor smaller than 19-inch!). The number with yellow background is the current promotion price.

The new Dell SP2208WFP worths the money most. Less RM260, now only RM999. It is a 22-inch LCD monitor with integrated 2 Megapixel webcam, microphone, and HDMI port. The ideal monitor for video calls, and PS3 gaming console, besides your computer.

P.S. No price change for Dell 2407WFP 24-inch LCD monitor, the price remains RM2,299.

Dell PC Fair Promotion: Notebooks

My dad wants to get a new notebook to replace his current battery-death notebook. So far, my family has 2 Dell notebooks and they are working great. I am thinking to get my dad a Dell notebook too.

Afterall, it is the most “worth-the-money” notebook in the market, even though the design is just so-so.

If you want to get a Dell notebook, it is best to get during PC Fair period because Dell has special hot deals for its products. For PC Fair 2007 (III), Dell Inspiron 6400 is only RM1,999!

Here is the specs:

  • Intel Pentium Dual-Core Processor T2080
  • Windows Vista Home Basic OR Windows XP Home Edition
  • 1GB DDR2 SDRAM
  • 15.4″ WXGA Display
  • 120GB hard drive
  • DVD Burner
  • Free notebook case and delivery.

“That’s a good deal!”, I would say. Addition to the spec, you might want to upgrade it to 2GB memory.

Alternatively, you can get Dell Inspiron 1420 at the same price (RM1,999). It has smaller monitor (14.1″) but with integrated webcam. You get a free colour backpanel to add color to your notebook cover.

Check the Dell notebook promotion page for more hot deals.

If you goto PIKOM PC Fair 2007, you can visit Dell at Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre Level 3, Ballroom B08.

Anyway, if I were to buy a Dell product, I will do it online. It is easier and I can slowly customize the item I want.

(Erm… somehow, I prefer to deal with a online shopping website than a human. LOL~)
