Update: Install Windows Live Messenger without Invitation

Previously, I showed you how to install the Windows Live Messenger beta without invitation. The method uses MSNP13 Downgrader to bypass Windows Live Messenger beta tester check.

MSNP13 downgrader ad
However, the MSNP13 Downgrader has been updated to show an small advertisement window (as shown) after you have logged on Windows Live Messenger. Closing the small window will cause you log off from Windows Live Messenger. That’s rather annoying, I must say.

As usualy, I have a solution. :)

Using the previous version

I have checked and confirmed that the previous version of MSNP13 downgrader is still working fine with Windows Live Messenger. But A-Patch website has removed the file from download. No problem, I uploaded it to RapidShare (free file hosting site), and here is the download link:

MSNP13DowngraderSetup.exe

Download instruction: Scroll down to bottom then click the “Free” button. On the next page, scroll down to bottom again, enter the random characters and start download.

Install instruction

Please refer back to previous post “Install Windows Live Messenger without Invitation“.

My two cents

There is no doubt that the MSNP13 downgrader’s author make money from the small ad. It seems MSNP13 is updated for the ad… Anyway, hope you enjoy! :)

[ Thanks to Leona, who reported about it ]
