Research In Motion (RIM) launched the latest BlackBerry Bold 9900 with touch screen in Malaysia. You can get it from Celcom, DiGi, and Maxis, while the in-store availability will be on 15th September.

BB Bold 9900 specs

BlackBerry Bold 9900 has a dimension of 115 mm x 66 mm x 10.5 mm and weight 130 gram. The 2.8-inch touch screen display support 24-bit colors and has a resolution of 640 x 480 pixels.

The smartphone is powered by 1.2 GHz processor with 768 MB RAM and 8 GB eMMC, supports up to 32GB microSD memory card. The front-facing 5 Megapixel camera with Flash supports 720p HD video recording.

The removable 1230 mAh lithium-ion battery gives you up to 6 hours talk time or almost 13 days standby time. Can play back various video formats up to 7.4 hours and, as well as various music formats up to 50 hours. Support Bluetooth, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n, GPS, NFC (accessory pairing and smart tag reading/writing).

In Malaysia, BlackBerry Bold 9900 is available from Celcom, DiGi, and Maxis for as low as RM 1288. You can purchase the smartphone from RIM authorized retail stores on 15th September 2011. The recommended retail price is RM 2188.
