iPhone 5 Tip: How to Take a Photo While Recording Video
Here is a useful iOS 6 tip exclusive for iPhone 5 owner. Do you know that you can take photos while recoding a video on iPhone 5 without interrupting the video?
Snapping photos while recording video is a feature already existing on Android (even with 100 burst shots!). Apple adds the feature in iOS 6 but iPhone 5 is the only device that support it now. Well, better be late than never.
Use your iPhone 5’s Camera app to record a video. While recording, you will see a camera icon on the screen. Tapping on it will snap a photo without interrupting the video.
Nice, isin’t it? Take note that the photo taken in this mode has a smaller size of 1920×1080 pixels (16:9 aspect ratio). Photo taken in Camera mode has larger resolution (3264×2448 pixels) and better quality.
