It is impressive that Apple manage to squeeze quad-core processor, powerful graphic, flash storage, memory, battery, and two fans all in the slim body. Oh, Apple designed their own fans for maximum airflow with low noise.

The Power

MacBook Pro with Retina is powered by Intel Core i7 quad-core processor (2.3/2.6 HGz), 8GB RAM (expandable to 16GB), NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M with 1GB memory (read: high-resolution gaming ready!) and automatic graphic switching to Intel HD Graphics 4000.

No sacrifice of battery life for the notebook power. MBP with Retina still gives you 7 hours battery life, 30 days standby time.
