haiyaaa… liew,
I’m laughing now while reading this post.
Funny laa weyy…
I thought this dell monitor’s “story” already settled. Still not buy mehh???
Coz I think your text-link-ads punya collection sudah boleh “cover” ini monitor maaaa….!
Question:
If you really buy this dell monitor, then what will you do to the old one?
Answer:
Donate lah to your friend… You’re my friend man…wakakaka!
although i am a tech geek, i am very careful to spend every cent.
If you know that it took me a few years to buy my first digital camera, then you won’t surprise that I haven’t buy this 20 inch LCD monitor. :)
This gadget is “wish to have” and not “required” for my work. So, it is not urgent.
If I buy the 20 inch monitor, I will plug my current 17 inch LCD monitor to a PC box. Then, I can run both Mac and PC side by side. Hehe…
(Oh, I need a office desk…)
side by side?
waaaa… you’re so geek man!
That monitor looks sweet for an ultimate AV experience. I’m a deliberate shopper like you and like to feel I’m getting the best product for my money and the best “solution” (how I love that sales-conjured term) for the application I have in mind.
I, too, am in quest for a new monitor and haven’t been monitor shopping in awhile. The longer I wait the better the deal will be, I figure. Of course, I did have a 90 year old aunt who recently passed away and never purchased a color TV because “they hadn’t perfected them yet.”
Nothing is really wrong with the Dell CRT I have, so I don’t know. My fantasy monitor would be one I could use for Open Office word processing that I could use to approximate (WYSIWYG) typing on an 8 1/2 X 11 piece of paper. I wonder which monitor would be best suited for this. When I shopped before flat panels were relatively new and much more expensive. I was willing to spend the extra money, but after shopping I felt that the CRT’s still offered the best experience with Word Processing and the type in the word processor applications looked more crisp in the CRT’s vs. even the higher-end flats.
I don’t need a desk. I need an office!
Btw, I threw out an ancient CRT and wished I had it back to use with an older system which I wanted to use as a standalone (non-networked) jukebox which is what I plan to do with this one, should I find my Juliet among monitors.
I bought one of the 2007FP 20″ 1600×1200 monitors a couple of years back when they were RM3k. Excellent unit – not sure that I could handle only 1680 x 1050 resolution as I do a lot of mapping work & very little watching of wide-screen movies. The 1600×1200 is great for reading 2 A4 pages side-by side as well.
Now I want the Dell 30″!
The price just went back up to RM 1,999.
Includes some crappy free stuff though.
Hello friends. I am coming to Malaysia as a tourist in dis coming August 2nd week. I like to purchase a desktop. Can You please help me out by few of the sites from where I can get the price.
