Sony Xperia Z3+ Premium Smartphone with Dual-SIM and Two-day Battery Life

Sony Xperia Z3+ Dual, a premium addition to the Xperia Z3 series flagship smartphone, is now available in Malaysia. Z3+ has more powerful performance, two-day battery life, Sony camera technology, and waterproof design.

Slimmer and Waterproof

Xperia Z3+ is slimmer (6.9mm) and lighter (144g), it is waterproof and dust-tight (IP65/68) to be used in any weather.

Packed in rounded edges metal frames with Gorilla Glass 4 panel, Z3+ now has a capless USB port, make it easier and more convenient to charge your Z3+ — while still waterproofing.

You still find the dedicated camera button on Z3+, but the magnetic charging pin has been removed for a more seamless and minimalist design. Interestingly, Z3+ still keep the loop hole at the bottom for your cute phone straps and charms.

Snapdragon 810 and two-day battery

Xperia Z3+ is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 octa-core 64-bit processor and 3GB RAM. The internal storage is 32GB and support microSD memory card up to 128GB. For fast wireless connection, Xperia Z3+ Dual supports Dual SIM 4G LTE Cat 4 and Wi-Fi MIMO.

The built-in battery 2930 mAh offers up to 2-day battery life with Sony Stamina Mode turned on, which reduce phone’s background activities when you turn off the screen.

Sony Cameras

Sony applies Cyber-shot & Handycam technologies in both of Xperia Z3+ main camera and front camera. The 20.7MP main camera uses an Exmor RS image sensor, BIONZ mobile processing engine and 25mm wide-angle G lens.

The camera’s ISO12800 sensitivity and 1/2.3 image sensor allows you to capture details even in low light conditions. It also records and output 4K high-resolution video.

5MP front camera uses Exmor R for mobile image sensor for a better selfie in any light. 25mm wide-angle lens is great for group selfies (wefie).

Improved Superior Auto mode for main and front cameras automatically optimises settings for best picture and can recognize up to 52 different scenes.

During my hands-on period, the Z3+ camera indeed well performance. The focus speed is fast and can capture a clear photo in low light environment.

Sony Entertainment

Xperia Z3+ features 5.2-inch Full HD IPS display (1920×1080) with TRILUMINO and X-Reality technologies for sharper and more vivid colours.

Sony’s DESS HX audio technology will upscale your MP3 or AAC tracks in Z3+ to near High-Res Audio quality. For your wireless music listening, Sony new LDAC codec transmit data 3x more efficiently than legacy codec over Bluetooth.

Z3+ can sense both the type and style of any headsets and automatically adjust audio settings accordingly for your best sound experience.

With PS4 Remote Play, you can connect your Xperia Z3+ to your PlayStation 4 (PS4) via home Wi-Fi and uses DUALSHOCK 4 wireless controller to play your favourite PS4 games.
