Here is the followup about my first book ordered at Amazon.com. I contacted Amazon.com after I found that the order cannot be canceled, and I got reply few hours later. Though by the time received the email, the item is already in “shipping soon†status and cannot be canceled. But, I found that we can still reject the order after it is shipped, and get full refund!
