WebEx WebOffice
Before Microsoft launch web-based office suite, WebEx has announced WebEx WebOffice. Without any software installation, WebOffice lets you share documents, calendar, schedule a meeting and more.
Santa Clara, Calif.-based WebEx is doing away with the 6-year-old Intranets.com brand. Starting today, the online suite of document management, project and contacts management, calendaring and database tools will be named WebOffice. The software will retain its current pricing, which starts at $60 per month for five users. A WebOffice Personal edition intended for single users is priced at $50 per month.

No, we cannot create or edit office documents online using WebEx WebOffice… You still need to install a office suite software (no money? get OpenOffice.org).
My two cents
I thought WebEx WebOffice is online version of office suite. I was wrong. WebEx WebOffice helps you to organize your office works but not edit your office documents. However, it is still good for company to keep track with its branches or company which staff is not always stay in office.
