Workspace of LiewCF’s Readers

2nd anniversary of full-time bloggingThis post is part of my 2nd anniversary of full-time blogging blog post series which I share with you about the insights of a Malaysian full-time blogger.

In response to the post of my blogging workspace, some readers have submitted pictures/video of their workspace.

Table of Contents

Jenny How’s workspace

Jenny How is a full time ebay seller and part time blogger. She has a small but neat (after cleaned up?) workspace in her bedroom.

While her laptop’s clock is set to Ebay’s time, she has a cute Hello Kitty clock for local time. Also, she has a powerful Samsung All-in-One Laser printer for her ebay businesses.

Apple’s blogging workspace

Apple is a geek girl in Kuching, Malaysia. Apple blogs on a small table in her bedroom. But, she has setup a desktop PC as a server for network printer and file sharing.

Apple also shows pictures of her office desk and worn out keyword in her post.

Ken Xu’s desk

Ken Xu posted his workspace picture in a sponsored post before I posted mine.

He has many notes around his monitor (don’t they block the view?). I like his rainbow color mini storage drawer. I am looking for one too.

WongPK’s workstation

Wong recycled a cooking table as his workstation table. He has the minimal workstation equipments but a cool Apple MacBook.

While I use mosquito spray, Wong uses Shieldtox mat to deal with Malaysia mosquitos. I think mosquito is common problem for local bloggers who stay late in the night. ;)

Zaiful Zin’s Office

Zaiful Zin spend some time to make a lengthy video of his blogging workspace. In the video, seems like he has a big room as his office.

He has some gaming gadgets. I envy his fast Internet connection powered by 2 ADSL links and a load balancer.

Colbert Low’s blogging space

Colbert Low shows off his blogging space after reading this post. He owns a desktop PC and a laptop for blogging purposes.

  5. WOW… Everyone has a place for their blogging/Internet activities. Me? You can’t see mine as I don’t really have a place LOL… I just have a laptop with malfunction battery and I have to use the dining table for my blogging and work. When the dining table is needed, I will just shift my laptop to the chair nearby as I have to rely on power supply, switching on and off everytime will be just a waste of time. Hahaha… After the dining table is no more in use, that means my blogging/work will resume :P Sometimes I just online in my bedroom putting my laptop on my bed. There’s a PC nearby too but I can’t do much with it as my dad and bro need to use it. I will only use it for a while whent hey are not using it in case the dining table is occupied. :P How amazing I can work this way *LOL* In the process of looking for new laptop hmm…

  6. Hi – I’m new here. Nice post! I LOL at WongPK’s workstation because you can really see that his priority is his MacBook :-)

I notice that a lot of bloggers have a PC at their side – I actually have an old Compaq PC (bought in 1997) which works great but no USB drive etc. We’re thinking of throwing/giving it away but wonder if it’s useful for storage? I am thinking of an online business. Hope you can advise! Thanks
