Google Jobs Opening for 6000 Plus Talents Worldwide, Including New Google Malaysia Office!

Ever dream to work in Google? Here is your chance. Google will have a biggest hiring year in 2011 to hire over 6,000 talents worldwide. Also, Google open new office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia!

Google hired more than 4,500 people in 2010 and 6,000 people in 2007, but Google will outdo both years and make 2011 the biggest hiring year in Google company history!

“We’re looking for top talent—across the board and around the globe—and we’ll hire as many smart, creative people as we can to tackle some of the toughest challenges in computer science”, says Alan Eustace, SVP Engineering and Research of Google.

New Google Malaysia Office

In 2008, I reported that Eric Schmidt (Google ex-CEO) had a discussion with ex-Prime Minister Abdulla Ahmad Badawi on establishing a base in Malaysia.

At last, this year Google will open a Google office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It is the second Google office in Southeast Asia (the first is in Singapore four years ago).

“We are pleased to establish our newest operations in Kuala Lumpur, where we can draw from the highest quality local talent to further help users find the information they’re looking for,” said Google Southeast Asia chief Julian Persaud.

The location of Google Malaysia office is unknown, yet. Please tip me if you have any clue. The job openings for Google Malaysia office has not been updated, yet.

  3. 6000 jobs?!!! Boost local content? Maybe I can help them make the Google Bahasa version catch up with its English counterpart.
