Register Microsoft Windows Live ID (live.com)
LiveSide revealed that Microsoft has enabled the Windows Live ID registration with ended with LIVE.COM (or other country top-level domain). Meaning, now you can get a yourname@live.com email account!

How to register Windows Live ID?
Simply goto http://get.live.com/getlive/overview to signup your Windows Live ID for local domains (e.g. @live.com.my, changed according to your location). Although LiveSide provided a link for @live.com signup but it doesn’t work for me.
List of available Windows Live ID domains
Here are the list of available Windows Live ID for local domains. Note that there are a few countries are using WindowsLive.com for windows Live ID: Finland, Indonesia, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey, and Vietnam.

I grabbed liewcf@live.com.my and lcf@live.com.my before telling you the news. :P
I can’t get to register LIVE.COM or Windows Live ID for other country top-level domain. The signup page automatically detects your location. I think, we can use proxy server to mask our location. ;)

Eh bro, I want to ask, do you need like authentic windows license to do this?
Some of my friends complained that they couldn’t upgrade because they are using pirated ones.. u know la malaysia..
